FieldOps uses a secure session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in and to protect access to work orders, client information and administrative functions. These cookies are required for the portal to operate securely.
Cookie consent
The landing page stores a consent cookie after you select Yes, I accept. The consent cookie expires after 30 days, after which the notice is shown again.
Theme and device preferences
Your light/dark theme, FieldOps device identifier and PWA installation preferences may be stored locally in your browser so the portal can keep your chosen appearance and report operational device presence.
PWA and offline safety
The FieldOps service worker caches only the application shell and branded offline page. Private client work-order pages, photos and share links are not intentionally cached for offline reading.
No advertising cookies
FieldOps does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers in this application shell.
Managing stored data
You can clear FieldOps cookies and site storage using your browser or device settings. Clearing them signs you out and may reset your theme, PWA and device preferences.
